--Our company Feininger is the manufacture of XPS foam board since 2003.Our boss is the chairman of Chinese XPS Industry Association.
We have total 4 lines running everyday.
Question 2:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
--In order to keep our none compensation record, quality is our first priority. Feininger People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning of raw material sourcing to the end of production. Each batch of products will be tested with caution before packing and delivery.
Question 3: What is your quality assurance policy?
--We have test office to follow up the technical datas of each order, they will pick up the samples from the production lines per 4 hours,
then to do test to make sure all the data can meet the demand of the order.
Question 4: Can I get samples before ordering?
--Yes for standard product, samples can be provided for you with free of charge, for non-standard product, please contact us for discussion.
Question 5: Is your XPS foam board you produce environment friendly or green product?
--We promise our XPS board to be 100% fresh material, they are totally environment friendly whether fireproof or not, they are safe to human being and environment, free of HBCD.
Question 6: Can we have SGS inspection for the XPS form board before delivery?

Feininger is the first professional manufacturer of XPS Extrusion Line and XPS Foam Board here in China. In the year of 2002, Feininger firstly design and manufacture high quality XPS Foam Board Production Line in China. Since then we have contributed to research of XPS technology, continuously improved the product, which enables us to be leader in XPS foaming industry home and abroad.
Feininger signed Commitment Letter with State Environment-protection Ministry to phase out HCFC by applying Fire-retardant Polystyrene, CO2 (replacing HCFC), in production of XPS Foam, which plays an important role in resources utilization, energy saving and environment protection. Now we have successfully secured 31 patents (18 for Invention and 13 for utility model).
