After two years of painstaking research and continuous exploration, Feininger hotpor graphite EPS masterbatch come into the world in 2016. Feininger graphite EPS masterbatch is this kind of particle, transferred by foaming agent and flame retardant by twin-screw mixing, which are dispersed in polystyrene melt with extrusion system, underwater pelletizing system prepared the diameter of 0.6-1.8mm.
Through independent research and development, breach the technical bulwark, Feininger successfully developed the new flame retardant graphite EPS masterbatch, and has reached the international advanced level.
Feininger adopts extrusion process to produce Graphite EPS masterbatch, represents the highest level technology. Better fusion of graphite, low thermal conductivity, high molecular weight, uniform particle size, stable quality, reducing the production cost.
