2.Factory Requirements
2.1 Power Supply: 500-600KVA, 3 phases, 380V, 50HZ
2.2 Normal running power: 300KW
2.3 Compressed Gas: 7bar,  >=6m³/min
2.4 Cooling Water: 4bar, 80m³/hr,15ºC (recommend to use industrial chiller)
2.5 Floor space:Min. L*W*H, 80M*20M*10M (this is the basic requirement)
2.6 Foundation: firm base ≥15cm reinforced cement (recommended)
 After receiving the down payment, Feininger will provide the loads and forces for the foundation requirement for the extruders, revolving cooling unit and central dust collection system. ,,,)
2.7 Labor required: 1-3 skilled workers /shift (3-4 workers)(2shifts/day recommended ) 
2.8 Ambient condition: Forced draught, vented, laminated , ambient temperature should be above 0 ºC,Bottom of workshop need ventilation,Ventilation Device must be installed on the Die port and Screen Changer by Customer. 
2.9 Fire-fighting Grade: Plant design should reach safety requirements for that of Electronic products, Fire Extinguishing is requested around the production line. Check the details refer to the annex file.

4. Terms of payment:
The buyer shall pay the total purchase price in the following manner:
30% first down payment by T/T within 10(ten) days upon signing the Sale Contract;
70% payment by T/T after successful test in buyer's factory before loading to containers.

5.Delivery time:
100 calendar days after receiving the first down payment

6. Packing:
Feininger shall ensure that packing and marking of the equipment to be delivered correspond to transportation conditions and guarantee equipment's safety during its transportation and storage. The package is not subject for reuse, the package cost should be taken by Feininger


7. Warranty: 12 months excluding easily broken parts from the first testing date.

8. Quality/Quantity discrepancy:
In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 90 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination, while for quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. It is understood that the Seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Insurance Company, Shipping Company, other Transportation Organization /or Post Office are liable.

9. Machine installation, Commission and Training
Feininger shall send experts engineers to the buyer's factory for the machine installation work done including commissioning and provide training to buyer designate staff.
