Product Description

Feininger XPS sandwich panels are produced by unified die and connected by means of tongue and groove to ensure the proper joints for cold room panels. The excellent performance of air tightness can avoid the cooling air leakage from the cold room to enhance the insulation effect.

The panel specification could be custom made as per different requirement. They could be transported, installed or uninstalled fast and easily. The cold room could be combined, separated, extended or reduced freely. T panel, wall panel and L panel could be applied freely to reach a scientific design, simple and practical as well as cost saving purpose.

Characteristic
According to "Cold Storage Design Codes", insulation materials for cold storage shall meet the following requirements:
(1. Low thermal conductivity
(2. No toxic substances or smell pollution to food
(3. Flame retardant or non-inflammable, not easily deteriorat
(4. Temperature deformation of bulk materials should be small, easy to be cut at construction site, easy to be cut at construction site, and easy to be bonded with base materials.
(5. The compressive strength of board for floor or roof deck insulation should not be less than 250KPa.

--In order to keep our none compensation record, quality is our first priority. Feininger People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning of raw material sourcing to the end of production. Each batch of products will be tested with caution before packing and delivery.

Question 3: What is your quality assurance policy?

--We have test office to follow up the technical datas of each order, they will pick up the samples from the production lines per 4 hours,
then to do test to make sure all the data can meet the demand of the order.
